Refund Policy

Returns — Easy or We’ll Feel Bad.

We want you to keep what you buy. But if you don’t love it, here’s the deal.

The basics

  • 45 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging (or reasonable substitute).

  • No returns on final sale items or custom products (e.g., cut‑to‑length curtains).

  • Hygiene items (pillows, mattress protectors) can only be returned if unopened.

How to return

  1. Email [email address] with your order number and the item(s).

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping within the US).

  3. Drop it off at the carrier.

  4. Once we receive it, we refund within 5 business days.

Refund amount

 

You get back what you paid for the product, minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is our fault). No restocking fee.

 

Damaged / wrong item

 

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage or wrong item. We’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately — you keep the original (no need to ship back unless we ask).

 

Exchanges

 

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the first item, then place a new order. That way you get the right thing faster.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If it’s been more than 10 business days since we approved your refund, check with your bank first. Then email us. We’ll investigate.

 

One last thing

 

If you abuse the return system (e.g., returning worn or swapped items), we reserve the right to refuse future returns. But 99% of you are good people, so don’t worry.
