Processing

 

We pack and ship orders within 1 business day. Most orders go out same day if placed before 2 PM PST (excluding weekends and holidays).

We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping at this time (working on it).

Tracking

 

You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your label is created. If tracking doesn’t update for more than 3 days, email us — we’ll poke the carrier.

 

Lost or stolen packages

 

Once the carrier marks it “delivered,” it’s out of our hands. But if it never shows up, contact us within 5 days. We’ll help file a claim and either replace or refund you (case by case, but we lean in your favor).

 

Wrong address?

 

You’re responsible for entering the correct address. If you catch a mistake within 1 hour of ordering, email us and we’ll fix it for free. After that, we may charge a [$10] address correction fee or the package may be returned to us.
